I’m an expert in behavioral psychology and cognitive behavioral therapy and I use them both, in conjunction with existential thought, to help clients devise well-defined action plans that turn the ephemeral into the concrete, helping them track their progress as they strive towards their life goals.

A little About Me
I received my Masters degree in community mental health counseling from Seattle University in 2009 and since then I have immersed myself in all things psychology and philosophy. I’m the owner of Evolution Counseling and started it with the intention of making quality, empowering content freely available to everyone and have now written over 1,600 articles to that end.
