Online Mentoring For Counseling Students
If you want to take your psychological knowledge to the next level you’ve come to the right place. I have expertise in existential psychology, behavioral psychology, psychoanalysis, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness, and have written extensively on all of these psychologies in various contexts. I have spent a lot of time and effort gaining mastery and am ready to pass my knowledge on to you.
Our sessions will help you delve more deeply than you thought possible into psychology and how to use this psychology effectively in the counseling setting. I can give you book recommendations that will fit and expand upon your burgeoning area of interest and I can direct you to articles around our site that will deepen and broaden your understanding of what we talk about, all of which will help your psychological knowledge skyrocket. I can help you build up one of the psychologies from the first paragraph to a point where you feel really comfortable with it, to a place where you can start using it to frame your own original ideas. I can also brainstorm ideas with you for papers and projects.
To be a great counselor you need to have an extensive philosophical system from which to draw. I can help you build a philosophy grounded in powerful psychological principles that still represents the authentic you, one that fits your worldview and life experiences. I have written every article on this website, so if you like the articles you read on Evolution Counseling there’s a good chance you’ll like what we talk about too.
How it Works:
We connect for sessions using Skype videoconferencing. If you are interested in setting up a session, send an email to email@example.com and I will send back a disclosure form along with some preliminary ideas to help you feel prepared for our first meeting. In addition to the session, I send emails after each conversation that detail some of the major takeaways and provide further psychological insight. Clients find this really helpful because it gives them a bird’s eye view of the session and spurs ideas for the next meeting.
